Today will be another Thanksgiving with food and memories. It will be another Thanksgiving without you; the most important woman of my life. Tonight, when I look around the table & at your empty chair, you won’t be there. I will be reminded that you aren’t with us and although the holidays are about happiness, there will always be some sadness no matter what. This holiday season shall remind me again though how Lord Daddy has blessed me with the gift of time with you & being your baby girl. Every day I am reminded that I loved your smiles, laughter, and making memories. I miss you with all my heart. But Thanksgiving is a time to be thankful for what we do have.Extremely grateful for good health, especially during these tough times of Covid-19. So I thank you and Lord Daddy. I thank you both for the time on earth we did have together and every holiday we spent together. I thank you for the memories we made, and how we always made the best out of every situation. You’ve taught me to always help others when they are down, to enjoy life, and most of all, be thankful for what I have. You’ve taught me to appreciate life and live it. I will never take for granted the time we had that brought a whole new meaning to my life. Thank you Mom for being the strongest and most Godly & encouraging role model I have ever met. Thank you, Mom, for all the life lessons you left behind which have helped me through anything and everything. Philippians 4:5-7 The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus
